Peachland
Peachland's whole town is a Beach Avenue promenade — a mile of waterfront with cottonwoods, benches, and a pier. Behind it, the mountains offer the shortest genuinely-wild hike in the valley: Hardy Falls, ten minutes off the highway. And Pincushion Mountain up the ridge gives the classic sunset view over the lake.
