The Nightlife Guide

Where the valley
goes after dark.

The Okanagan doesn't stop when the wineries close. It moves downtown, to the patios, to the barrel-lit cocktail rooms, and to the corner tables where the chefs still cook by hand.

This is the guide to that other half of the day. Every place here has a real reputation — four stars or better on Google, no exceptions. Some are winery restaurants that stay open into the evening. Some are downtown standbys that have been here for decades. Some are new. All of them are worth the drive.

And when you're done — we'll take you home safe.

Naramata

Vineyard patios. Slow dinners. Lake below.

The Naramata Bench packs more winery restaurants into ten miles than anywhere else in the valley. Hillside's bistro overlooks vineyards from a lantern-lit terrace. Lake Breeze cooks from its own farmstead. Bench 1775 does Asian-influenced small plates. And the Naramata Inn — the historic village heart — houses one of Canada's most talked-about kitchens.

Reservation-only in high season. Plan ahead.
